　　二十四hr山西也是具有光荣革命传统的地方，是八路军总部所在地，是抗日战争主战场之一，建立了晋绥、晋察冀、晋冀鲁豫抗日根据地，平型关大捷、百团大战等闻名中外，太行精神、吕梁精神是我们党宝贵的精神财富。这些都要充分挖掘和利用，以丰富多彩的历史文化、红色文化资源为山西发展提供精神力量。

　　二十八hr科学成就离不开精神支撑。科学家精神是科技工作者在长期科学实践中积累的宝贵精神财富。新中国成立以来，广大科技工作者在祖国大地上树立起一座座科技创新的丰碑，也铸就了独特的精神气质。去年5月，党中央专门出台了《关于进一步弘扬科学家精神加强作风和学风建设的意见》，要求大力弘扬胸怀祖国、服务人民的爱国精神，勇攀高峰、敢为人先的创新精神，追求真理、严谨治学的求实精神，淡泊名利、潜心研究的奉献精神，集智攻关、团结协作的协同精神，甘为人梯、奖掖后学的育人精神。广大科技工作者要肩负起历史赋予的科技创新重任。
