　　2022年9月12日深夜，亚美尼亚武装部队开始在阿塞拜疆亚美尼亚国家边境线的达什卡桑、卡尔巴贾尔和拉钦方向进行大规模挑衅。
　　据阿塞拜疆共和国国防部提供的信息得知，亚美尼亚武装部队的颠覆团体利用该地区的山区地形和现有的峡谷地势，在不同方向对阿塞拜疆军队的各部队阵地之间的地区和补给线上进行了布雷。此外，亚美尼亚武装部队使用各种武器，包括迫击炮，密集地向阿塞拜疆军队在达什卡桑、卡尔巴贾尔和拉钦地区的阵地开火。造成我国武装部队人员伤亡，军事基础设施遭到破坏。
　　为制止亚美尼亚武装部队的进一步挑衅和对我国领土和主权的军事威胁，同时为确保我国军人以及参与卡尔巴贾尔和拉钦地区基础设施建设的工作人员的安全，阿塞拜疆对亚美尼亚大规模军事行动的攻击进行反制。为使亚美尼亚武装部队的射击点彻底停火，在这一方向部署的阿塞拜疆军队的分支部队采取了明确的应对措施。此外，亚美尼亚方面散播的关于阿塞拜疆军队攻击平民区、民用项目和基础设施的信息纯属虚假消息，与事实完全不符。
　　最近，亚美尼亚武装部队在国家边境线方向的拉钦、加达贝、达什卡桑和卡尔巴贾尔地区多次进行挑衅，并用各种武器向位于这些地区的阿塞拜疆军队阵地开火，这是一场密集且系统的谋划。与此同时，亚美尼亚在阿塞拜疆边境沿线加强军事化，并在该地区部署重型装备和大口径武器，表明亚美尼亚正在准备大规模军事挑衅。

　　OnSeptember12，2022，startingatlatenight，theunitsofthearmedforcesofArmeniaheldlargescaleprovocationsinthedirectionsofDashkasan，KalbajarandLachinofAzerbaijanArmeniastateborder。
　　AccordingtotheinformationprovidedbytheMinistryofDefenseoftheRepublicofAzerbaijan，thesabotagegroupsofthearmedforcesofArmeniausingthemountainousreliefoftheareaandexistingvalleygapscarriedoutplantinglandminesontheareasbetweenthepositionsoftheunitsofAzerbaijan’sarmyandthesupplyroadsindifferentdirections。Inaddition，theArmenianarmedforcesfiredintensivelyatthepositionsoftheAzerbaijaniArmyinDashkasan，KalbajarandLachinregionswithdifferenttypesofweapons，includingmortars。Asaresult，therearecasualtiesamongthepersonnelofourarmedforces，damagewasinflictedtothemilitaryinfrastructure。
　　InordertopreventfurtherprovocationsbythearmedforcesofArmeniaandmilitarythreatsagainsttheterritoryandsovereigntyofourcountry，toensurethesafetyofourmilitarypersonnel，includingcivilianworkersinvolvedininfrastructureactivitiesintheterritoryofKalbajarandLachinregions，theexpansionofthescaleofthemilitaryhostilitieswasaverted，andinordertosilencethefiringpointsofthearmedforcesofArmeniadefinitiveretaliatorymeasuresweretakenbytheunitsoftheAzerbaijaniArmydeployedinthisdirection。Moreover，theinformationdisseminatedbytheArmeniansidethatAzerbaijan’sArmyallegedlytargetsthecivilianpopulation，facilities，andinfrastructuredoesnotreflectreality，andisanotherdisinformationspreadbytheArmenianside。
　　Ingeneral，duringthelastmonth，theprovocationsoftheArmenianarmedforcesinthedirectionofLachin，Gadabay，DashkasanandKalbajarregionsofthestateborder，andcasesofthefiringofthepositionsoftheAzerbaijaniArmyinthoseregionswithvarioustypesofweapons，wereintensiveandsystematic。Atthesametime，Armenia’sincreaseinmilitarizationalongAzerbaijan’sborders，deploymentofheavyequipmentandlargecaliberweaponsintheregionindicatedthatArmeniawaspreparingforalargescalemilitaryprovocation。
　　Atthesametime，delayingthenormalizationprocessbyArmeniawithvariouspretexts，showingadestructivepositioninthenegotiationsconductedwithinternationalefforts，notwithdrawingtheArmenianarmedforcesfromtheterritoryofAzerbaijancontrarytotheobligationswithintheframeworkoftrilateralstatementsandagreements，continuingplantinglandmines，includingrecentlyproducedinArmeniaintheterritoryofLachin，puttingforwardnewconditionsanddisruptingtheprocessofopeningofcommunicationsandtransportroutes，aswellasnotrespondingtothepeaceagendademonstratedthatArmeniaisnotinterestedinthepeaceprocessandaimstounderminethem。
　　ThefollowingaggressionoftheArmeniansideagainstAzerbaijanisagrossviolationofthefundamentalnormsandprinciplesofinternationallaw，aswellastheprovisionsofthetrilateralstatementssignedbetweentheleadersofAzerbaijan，ArmeniaandtheRussianFederation，andtheagreementsreachedbetweenAzerbaijanandArmenia。ThesestepsofArmeniaarecompletelycontrarytotheongoingnormalizationandpeaceprocess。Atthetime，whentheAzerbaijaniscarryingoutlargescalerestorationandconstructionworksintheseterritoriesliberatedfromoccupation，Armeniabyallowingaggressiononceagaindemonstratesthatitishinderingthisprocessbyallmeans。
