　　ThomasKilroysummarizedhisdetaileddiscussionswithJayJefferson，ChiefExecutiveOfficerofHudsonAudiovisualProductions（ldquo；Hudsonrdquo；）andBZNrsquo；sinterestsinaudiovisualinstructionalmaterials。TheclassroomuseofaudiovisualinstructionalmaterialsintheUnitedStates，Canada，theUnitedKingdom，andothercountriesoftheEuropeanUnionhasbeenamajoreducationaltrendandhashadphenomenalgrowth。AtrendthateducatorsinNorthAmericaandWesternEuropepredictingislikelytocontinue。
　　SincetherearemanywaysthatHudsoncanhelpBZNdevelopaninternationalaudiovisualprogramforuseinEnglishspeakingcountriesandwithtranslationforotherpartsoftheworld，Mr。Kilroymadethefollowingproposal，secondedbyNicholsRaines，toauthorizeafeasibilitystudytocoverthefollowing：
　　a）ThepresenteducationalaudiovisualmarketplaceintheUnitedStates，Canada，andtheUnitedKingdom，and
　　itspotentialforexpansion。b）Presentcompaniesoperatinginthismarketplaceandtheirshare。
　　c）Growthpatternsofdifferenttypesofaudiovisualmaterialsandtheirpotentialforcontinuedgrowthand
　　change。
　　REPORTBYMARKETINGMANAGER：
　　ThomasKilroygaveasummaryofastudyonthefeasibilityofacquiringanaudiovisualinstructionalmaterialscompanyinNorthAmericaandtheUnitedKingdom。Resultsindicatemoreinvestigationisneeded。ToselectthecompaniesthatseemtoofferthebestopportunitiestoBZNandtoinvestigatethepossibilityofacquiringthem。
