　　内卷这一词在近几年十分的火热，无论是生活还是工作还是学习常常出现这一词，人们也经常感慨现在的生活太卷了。于是一种新的生活方式佛系出现在眼前，这些人满足于当前的生活，看淡了一些追逐，按自己的生活方式进行生活。但是目前出现了一个不好的现象就是有些人将他人的努力说为卷，将对自己的放纵说成了佛。

　　很多时候我们总是爱假设，如果我当初再努力一下会不会是另一番样子，或者是如果当初我选择了另外的一条路，结局会不会不一样，这些往往包含着我们对过去的遗憾，这些遗憾也是督促我们继续前进的动力。我本可以和我可以仅仅只差了一个字，但是说话的人的心情却截然不同，我本可以充满着对过去的惋惜和遗憾；我可以则饱含骄傲与自信。在目前这个人人都在努力的时代，内卷已经成为了无法避免的情况，即使我们很多时候并不想加入，但是当我们为了目标，梦想我们又不得不再卷起来。所以在我看来，当你的卷是用来实现你的梦想时，那么内卷就不是完全的贬义词。

　　内卷指的是非理性的内部竞争或被自愿竞争。现指同行间竞相付出更多努力以争夺有限资源，从而导致个体收益努力比下降的现象。可以看作是努力的通货膨胀。我认为内卷的真正原因在于我国的教育水平大幅度上涨，人才质量也得到了较大的提高，与欧美国家相比我国的教育制度更加的公平，这就使我们如果想获得更好的教育资源很大程度上需要靠我们自己，人口基数大，录取比例远远无法达到预期目标，那么为了实现自己的理想，人们只能更加的努力，甚至是内卷了起来。
