　　目前，APEC21个经济体均已加入旅行卡计划。其中，美国、加拿大为过渡成员，暂不接受其他经济体的APEC商务旅行卡申请，但在主要口岸设有APEC专用通道，持卡人可享受签证预约提前和通关便利。大陆与香港、台湾互不适用旅行卡，所以中国籍持卡人持有效卡最多可以入境16个经济体，分别是日本、韩国、马来西亚、印度尼西亚、文莱、菲律宾、新加坡、墨西哥、泰国、越南、澳大利亚、新西兰、巴布亚新几内亚、智利、秘鲁、俄罗斯。申请人一次申办，五年有效，多次入境，每次入境至少可以停留60天。

　　APEC商务旅行卡原则上只适用于以商务活动为目的的国际旅行，不能用于旅游、探亲、访友、看病等非商务目的的活动。目前澳大利亚、泰国、韩国、巴布亚新几内亚允许非商务目的旅行。

　　提交APEC商务旅行卡申请后如急需前往某一经济体该如何办理？
　　Iftheeconomytowhichtheapplicantintendstotravelhasapprovedtheapplicantstravelcardapplication，theforeignAffairsOfficecanapplytotheDepartmentofConsularAffairsoftheMinistryofForeignAffairsforbusinesscardprintinginadvance。Aftertheapprovalofothereconomies，theapplicantcanapplyforanewcard，butthebusinesscardprintingfeeneedstobepaidagain。Iftheeconomyyouintendtovisitisnotapproved，youcanapplyforavisaattheEmbassyorconsulateinChinaandtraveltotheeconomyafterobtainingthevisa。
　　如申请人拟前往的经济体已批准申请人的旅行卡申请，可由受理外办向外交部领事司申请提前制卡，待其余经济体审批通过后可申请换卡，但需再次支付制卡费用。如拟前往的经济体未获批，可前往驻华使领馆申办签证，获签后前往该经济体。
