秋言物语I46放下小我，成就大我

　　小我自私自利，大我无我利他。

　　这两天，有一个问题一直盘旋在我的脑海里：怎样才能真正做到放下小我、成就大我？
　　我认为小我就是一切以自身利益为出发点的思想和行为。在一个团体里着眼于自我的个人利益，在一个公司里着眼于自己团队的利益，在一个国家里着眼于自己公司的利益，这些都是小我的表现。大我就是一切以他人利益为出发点的思想和行为。在团体里个人利益服从团体利益，在公司里团体利益服从公司利益，在国家层面公司利益服从国家利益，这就是一个不断放大自我的过程。无论处在什么样的境地，都能把个人利益放下，一切以他人、团体、公司、国家乃至全人类的利益为目标的大胸怀，才是真正成就大我人生的天下格局。一句话：小我自私自利，大我无我利他。
　　例如，有人说，我们公司是一家民营企业，将来做得更大有风险怎么办？我认为，所有的风险都来自自私和贪婪。我们从做马氏盛族之初就没想着公司是为自己而做的。公司能有今天的成就都源于这块土地，这个国家和中国共产党的正确领导，这是不可否认的事实。假如没有这片土地，没有我们的国家，没有我们伟大的党，哪有公司的存在？没有父母，哪有孩子！所以上报国土恩、国家恩和共产党的恩德才是我们努力的方向！
