浮云境，三重山青岛市浮山森林公园丨MLA

　　「浮云境，三重山」构建山系特质与公园特质并存的山海中央公园
　　2022年10月，MLA+与合作伙伴蕾奥参与了青岛市浮山森林公园文旅策划及整治规划方案征集，并获得了第二名的好成绩。竞赛要求在尊重自然肌理和现状条件的前提下，通过低干预和经济低碳措施提升公园的舒适性、生态性和人文活力，形成公园的「策划-设计-运营管理」的综合性方案。
　　In October 2022, MLA+ together with partners Lay-out participated in the Fushan Forest Park Tourism and Improvement planning, Qingdao, and won the second place. The competition requires a comprehensive plan of ＂planning, design and operation＂ of the park, while respecting the natural texture and current conditions, and enhancing the comfort, ecology and human vitality of the park through low-intervention and economic low-carbon measures.
　　浮山，青岛山海交汇之处，是青岛从2.0时期迈向3.0时期的关键之地，也是青岛山系人文链、风景链与生活链的融汇之所。新时期的浮山，不同于崂山，有别于太平山, 是通山海、达城野的最丰富「活力之山」；还将是以人为本、全时活力的最亲切「人民之山」。
　　Fushan ,where mountains and sea meet, is the key place for Qingdao to move from 2.0 period to 3.0 period, and is also the place where the humanistic chain, scenic chain and life chain of mountain system converge. The new era of Fushan, different from Laoshan and Taiping, is the richest ＂Mountains of Vitality＂ that connects the mountains and the sea and reaches the city and the wild. It will also be the most friendly ＂People＂s Mountains＂ with people-oriented value and all-time vitality.
　　千年以来，浮山经历自然做功，形成花岗岩和原生密林的自然风貌，人类活动持续影响，城市建设带来生态破坏，也带来自然山体与城市活动的相互渗透，叠加形成特色鲜明的三个圈层。
　　For thousands of years, the mountain has experienced natural works, forming the natural appearance of granite and native dense forest. While human activities continue to influence, urban construction brings ecological damage, but also brings the mutual penetration of natural mountain and urban activities, superimposed to form three distinctive layers.
　　如今的浮山地质奇观、人文故事触动人心，三重地貌景观特色鲜明，共享共治正在萌芽，然而生态安全问题不容忽视，亦缺乏精细化运营管理。
　　Nowadays, the geological wonders and human stories of Fushan touch people＂s hearts, the triple geomorphic landscape is distinctive, Co-governance is sprouting. But ecological safety issues cannot be ignored. There is a lack of refined operation and management.
　　我们的设计基于浮山的三重性格，以自然为先，以保护为主，通过三重生态修复，三重城野共融，三重场所重塑，构建山系特质与公园特质并存的山海中央公园。
　　Our design is based on the triple character of Fushan, with nature as the first priority and protection as the main focus, through triple ecological restoration, triple urban and wilderness integration, and triple place reshaping, to build a mountain and sea central park with the characteristics of the mountain system and the characteristics of the park.
　　生态修复
　　ECOLOGICAL RESTORATION
　　基于高程、地类、汇水与植被等分析，建立三重保护分级分区体系作为规划设计基础，山顶区域严格保护生态，禁止新增建设；中段着重生态修复，引导少量轻质景观建设；山脚提倡生态适应性建设，提升功能服务。同时保育汇水廊道，恢复湿地生境，优化种植群落，构建生态涵养为主导，防洪排涝与雨水循环为辅的弹性山体工具箱，融入青岛山、城、海韧性防护与水管理体系。
　　Based on the analysis of elevation, land type, water catchment and vegetation, a triple protection classification zoning system is established as the basis of planning and design. The hilltop area is strictly protected for ecological purposes and new construction is prohibited. The middle section focuses on ecological restoration and guides a small amount of light landscape construction. The foot of the mountain advocates ecological adaptive construction to enhance functional services. At the same time, we conserve the water catchment corridor, restore the wetland habitat and optimize the planting communities.
　　To build a resilient mountain toolbox with ecological connotation as the main feature and flood prevention and drainage and rainwater circulation as supplementary features. It is integrated into the resilient protection and water management system of Qingdao＂s mountains, cities and seas.
　　通过前期轻干预，引导自然演替，逐步保育已有植被，复育耕地荒地，丰富栖息地类型，改造单一林相群落，培育完整健康的浮山本土生态群落。
　　By lightly intervening in the early stage, the project will guide natural succession. To gradually conserve existing vegetation, rehabilitate cultivated wasteland, enrich habitat types, transform single forest communities. To cultivate a complete and healthy native ecological community in Fushan.
　　此外，建立浮山生态监测和预警平台，协同时空大数据，形成生态系统的长期动态监测管控。
　　In addition, the ecological monitoring and warning platform of Fushan has been established. Coordinating with spatial and temporal data，to form a long-term dynamic monitoring and control of the ecosystem.
　　以入侵物种防治为例，6大措施从科学策略制定到日常防治行动，协同专家、管理者和市民力量，将生态教育治理与文旅互动结合，让人们在游玩中爱山护山。
　　Take invasive species prevention and control as an example, the six measures range from scientific evaluationto daily prevention and control actions, collaborating with experts, managers and citizens, combining ecological education and governance with cultural and tourism interaction, so that people can contribute to ecology restoration while playing.

　　依托浮山三大圈层，我们提炼三重韵律，结合项目分期策划三重体验空间。
　　Based on the three layers of Fushan, we refine the three rhythms and plan spaces and projects in 3 phases.
　　近期重点启动山脚浮生层，衔接周边城市功能界面，耦合人文与自然，立足本土面向国际，形成满足日常需求的8大主题片区,山脚环浮绿道串联百个活力节点。同时，启动山顶浮云层，「山脊浮云径」串联九峰，通过「浮云九峰」的品牌IP塑造扩大浮山影响力。中远期结合特色资源本底，打造多条主题纵贯路线，通过共营共建的方式精耕细作，让自然做主角，用时间做画笔，描绘属于浮山的青岛故事。
　　Recently, we will focus on the foot of the mountain. Responding to the surrounding urban function interface. Integrating humanity and nature, standing on the local and international perspective, eight thematic areas will be formed to meet daily needs.The green ring around the foot will connects multiple vital nodes. At the same time, the operation on the top area is launched. The ＂Ridge Floating Cloud Trail＂ connects nine peaks.Through the brand IP of ＂nine peaks on floating clouds＂ to expand the influence of Fushan. In the medium and long term, based on the characteristic resources, several thematic routes will be shaped. Through the way of co-operating and delicate managing, we will let nature be the main character and use time as the brush to paint the story of Qingdao that belongs to Fushan.
　　三类九条主题步道完形浮山游览体系，适应不同人群需求，我们坚持可持续步道设计价值，像山一样思考，不忤逆自然规律，制定生态、安全、贯通、经济四类原则卡片，指导步道选线与标准断面设计。纵贯山海，一日一线，周一跟随灵感学道漫游梦幻樱林；周二溯溪而上，寻找神泉的尽头；周三沿怀古森道探索庙庵遗迹，怀古惜今；周四跟随山海云道，攀登最高峰，看浮山戴帽；周五聆听千年岩石故事，领略地质之美；周六在叠翠谷地的怀抱中沉入湖与林的世界，静心冥思。通过浮山交互系统，在旅途中收集攻略，识别物种，与山石AR互动，遵守浮山社区公约，不必触碰每一处自然，也可获取全方位的浮山体验。
　　Three types of nine thematic trails will complete the touring system of Fushan, adapting to the needs of different people. We insist on the value of sustainable trail design, thinking like a mountain and not disobeying the laws of nature. Develop four types of principle cards: ecology, safety, connectivity and economy to guide the selection of trail routes and standard section design. Collect tips, identify species, and interact with rocks through the Fushan Interactive System in your trip. Abide by the Fushan Community Covenant and get a full range of nature experiences without having to touch every part of nature.

　　三重性既是浮山的原生韵律也是人与自然的互动情绪，我们以此为线索，重塑场所，提出三重节点设计指引。
　　The three-fold nature is both the original rhythm of the mountain and the emotion of interaction between people and nature. We use them as a clue to reshape place and propose the node design guidelines.
　　浮生层关注入口空间、滨水空间以及服务设施的体验提升与生态适应；浮想层引导路径、驿站、文旅装置与自然景观的融合设计；浮云层禁止建筑开发，引导登山路径、历史建筑、防空洞的轻量化、艺术化改造。三重律动，百种风情，通过元宇宙序列、大学路序列、叠翠湖序列、大浮顶序列节点详细设计，聆听浮山，对话浮山。
　　The foothill layer focuses on the experience enhancement and ecological adaptation of the entrance space, waterfront space and service facilities. The mountainside layer guides the integration of paths, stations, cultural and tourism devices with the natural landscape. The mountaintop layer prohibits building development and guides the lightweight and artistic transformation of hiking trails, historical buildings and air-raid shelters. Let＂s roam around the four place sequences together, listen and talk to the rhythm of Fushan.
